Store Return/Refund/Credit Policies

The following are the Lisjen Marketing & Store Supplies Ltd. Store policies governing returns, refunds and credits.

Within 30 Days of Purchase

Refund/Return/Exchanges

  • Refunds, Returns and/or Exchanges will be honored when product returned is in saleable, unused condition with original packaging and receipt.
  • The refund will be in the same manner as original payment (example: if payment made by Credit Card, the refund will be applied to the same credit card).

No Receipt Available

  • An "exchange only" or a credit memo will be issued in cases where there is not receipt.
  • Must be within 30 days of purchase from our store.

After 30 Days from Purchase (maximum 90 days from purchase)

Refund/Return/Exchanges

  • Refunds, Returns and Exchanges will be honored when product returned is in saleable, unused condition, with original receipt and packaging.
  • For such refunds, returns and exchanges, a credit memo or "exchange only" will be applied.
  • A 10% Restocking Fee will be applied for product returned beyond 30 days.

No refunds or exchanges for special orders.

  • Special Orders include unique product(s) ordered, custom printed bag orders, or any quantity of products ordered which are is not carried as part of the regular store inventory.
  • All special orders require payment at the time of order.

Other Applicable Policies

  • All sales on acrylic products are final
  • Store credit must be used within 12 months from date of issue
  • Freight charges may be applied for refunds/exchanges and will be assessed on an individual basis.
